  1.                 COMPLEMENT INFORMATION
  2.    The complement information file allows collection of that
  3. data most often required by the first line manager.  It is
  4. not intended to replace the personnel file.  All entries are
  5. case sensitive & field length sensitive, therefore
  6. standardization of entry procedures is essential.  The
  7. sample files were developed to demonstrate this sensi-
  8. tivity.  One way to overcome this is to leave the caps lock
  9. on all the time (which is the condition of some systems after
  10. boot), & always be sure to blank through every unused `-'.
  11. If you follow the instructions precisely that are given in
  12. the menu driven system, you should have no problems.   At
  13. present no security system is in place on this data, & any
  14. security required for this data is left to the local managers
  15. to apply.  If sufficient demand is shown for a security
  16. system, it will be developed.
